Ø Strengths

  • 100 % Placement to students in Interior Firms and Printing and Packaging Industries in all over the countrie.
  • Students are capable of establishing own Interior Design Firm and Printing Press Students are Capable to Provide Services for Interior Designing and Printing Job’s.
  • All the students are given internship in various printing industries and interior design firms during three years course.
  • Projects on Printing and Interior are compulsory part of their curriculum. Hence all the students get hand on experience during their studies.
  • The curriculum of the courses is frame with the help of partner industries and hence students and faculties are always updated with new incoming technology and ideas.
  • Parent Institute’s Printing Press on the campus of college is helpful for conducting students practical.
  • The student are already handling their industrial interior sites and printing jobs outside the college under the guidance of departmental facculties.
  • Industrial visits, site visits, workshops and seminars are regularly arranged for the students.
  • Special efforts are taken for personality developement, communication skill and interview skill, capability and possitive attitude.

  • Lack of awareness about scope of Printing Technology Field
  • Most of the students of the department are from rular and backward areas and hence they are poor in communication

  •  Students are capable for entrepreneurship can increase employment in the society
  • To develop awareness in society for green and sustainable interior
  • Students can get jobs in Government Sector, Teaching Field and in Industries
  • Self-employment through designing New Products such as Mural, Paintings, Artifacts, T-shirts Printing, Flex Printing, Ceramic Printing, Plastic Printing, Mug Printing, Advertise Design, Pamphlet, Magazines, Visiting Cards, Newspaper advertise, Files etc

  • Department has to compete with well-established and organized architecture colleges, interior design institutes and printing degree colleges
  • The fast development in the technology and expectation of society is great challenges of the department
  • Cut throat Competition in the market about new products expectation of society.
  • The skill gap between the students and updated technology

Ø Future Plans

  •  Increase no. of  collaboration with number of Printing and Interior Industries
  • Installing New and Latest Printing Instruments to improve latest knowledge about Printing Industry
  • Plan to organize Exhibition for the students in the college with the help of Industries and Institutions
  • Arrange Expert Lectures from Industrial Persons to increase the industrial knowledge.
  • Plan to visit the International Level Printing Exhibition at Delhi
  • Plan to start M.Voc. In Interior Design and Printing Technology
