Documents Required:

Attach the following scanned copies while filling the online form:

• Original mark sheet

• School leaving certificate

• GAP certificate (if applicable)

• Aadhaar card

• Income certificate

• Bank passbook

• Domicile certificate

• Caste certificate

• Caste validity certificate

• Non-creamy layer certificate

Important Instructions:

• After submitting the online form, it must be approved by the admission committee.

• Then select “Admission Payment” and pay the admission fee online or offline at the college.

• Save and keep a copy of the online payment receipt.

• When submitting physical documents at the college, bring original mark sheet, Original LC, GAP certificate, caste and income certificates, ration card, Aadhaar card, admission form, and medical form.

• Students taking online admission must submit hard copies of required documents at the college counter and collect the final admission receipt.
