Welcome to Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj’s K.R.T. Arts, B.H. Commerce and A.M. Science (KTHM) College, Nashik. It is an Institution having unique capacity to develop skills and foster knowledge, and the potential to mobilize educational resources and provide learning opportunities for diverse populations. This implies a fundamental shift, from educating young students coming from higher secondary schools and junior colleges to encouraging learners from various backgrounds to enter higher education at different ages and stages of their personal and professional lives. KTHM College, established in 1969 and spread majestically on 37-acre campus, is situated on the bank of sacred river Godavari.

The college offers full-fledged degree programmes in Humanities, Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Biotechnology and Computer Science. The college provides quality education in 37 subjects at degree, 24 subjects at Post Graduate Level. The college offers Ph.D. in 14 subjects, 9 certificate courses, 6 diploma, 4 advanced diploma, 5 bachelor of vocational courses and a community college course. The college also provides facility for the students from distance mode through IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) and YCMOU (Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University).

The college was accredited with ‘A’ grade by NAAC in 2004. It has been re-accredited with ‘A’ grade having 3.30 CGPA in 2011 and with 'A++' grade having 3.79 CGPA in 2017. It gives me pleasure to share that the UGC has granted the scheme of ‘College with Potential for Excellence (CPE)' to our college. It has helped us in imparting quality education for the students.

We believe that learning beyond classroom is equally important as the classroom interaction. Hence, students are encouraged to organize and participate in several co-curricular, extra-curricular and sports activities. We strive to achieve academic excellence by imparting quality teaching-learning and research activities.

Highly motivated and well-qualified faculty members constantly upgrade their skills accordingly. In addition to this the support staff also functions in harmony of the college vision and mission.

The National Education Policy seems to be a transforming turn to higher education in India. On this background we are prepared to offer multi-disciplinary courses for the students. In order to cope up with the Hybrid mode of teaching-learning, we have set modern and update ICT facilities for both – the faculty as well as students.
